The new bigger Kindle versus Ipod Touch / iPhone eBook Readers

In the opinion of iPodHelpCorner.com the Kindle is really kind of a joke compared with what is already available. No back light, no color screen, too expensive.  Even old school printed newpapers have color.

On the other hand the iPod touch and Iphone have great back lit color screens and adjustable fonts. A kindle book is easier to read on an Iphone (there is already an iPhone Kindle application) than a Kindle to my poor 58 year old eyes.

And Amazon not only created a free Kindle app for iPhone/Touuch – they just bought their biggest competitor in that market – a competing iPhone/Touch reader called Stanza. So Amazon is already paying attention.

Bigger b/w Kindle….ho hum.

Now an iPod touch/iPhone with a 5X7 screen – that would really be exciting.
